Job Description:
The BIM Specialist develops, maintains, and supports intelligent building models that integrate architectural, structural, and MEP data. The role focuses on generating accurate 3D models, performing simulations, and supporting design decisions throughout a project’s lifecycle.
Responsibilities include creating parametric families, managing model revisions, generating detailed shop drawings, and supporting digital construction workflows. The specialist collaborates closely with designers, engineers, and contractors to enhance project coordination and minimize rework.
Job Requirement:
A diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Engineering, or BIM-related fields is required, along with 3–5 years of BIM production experience. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and rendering tools is necessary.
Attention to detail, modeling accuracy, and communication skills are key. Experience with cloud collaboration platforms and model-based quantity takeoffs is an advantage.
