Job Description:
The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for proactively contacting potential customers to introduce products or services, generate interest, and schedule sales appointments. Working from Qurain, this role involves phone-based selling, email outreach, and relationship-building with prospects in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include cold calling leads, responding to inquiries, following up on marketing campaigns, and identifying customer needs to tailor offerings accordingly. The representative maintains detailed call records, updates CRM systems, and collaborates with sales managers to refine outreach strategies.
The role requires confidence, persistence, and a strong understanding of the company’s offerings. Representatives must be able to handle objections, qualify leads effectively, and guide conversations toward sales conversions. Success is measured by the number of qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and conversions achieved.
Job Requirement:
A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred. 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is required. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and lead generation tools is necessary. Familiarity with Qurain’s local business environment and customer behavior is a plus.
