Job Description:
The Sales Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to support data-driven decision-making and improve the overall performance of the sales department. Located in AI Ahmadi, this role plays a critical function in identifying trends, forecasting sales, and measuring the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
The analyst works closely with sales managers and executives to develop performance dashboards, generate custom reports, and conduct ad-hoc analyses. Key tasks include compiling data from CRM platforms, ERP systems, and spreadsheets to create comprehensive views of sales activity, pipeline development, and customer behavior. The Sales Data Analyst also identifies opportunities to optimize pricing, territory performance, and sales strategies based on data insights.
They assist in sales forecasting, quota management, and ROI assessments of sales campaigns or product launches. This role demands an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proficiency in data tools and statistical methods to deliver actionable business insights that enhance revenue performance.
Job Requirement:
A degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales analysis or business intelligence is preferred. Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is essential.
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is highly desirable. Candidates must be comfortable working with large datasets and applying statistical or predictive models. Strong communication skills are necessary to convey complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
An inquisitive nature, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are important. Candidates with experience in pipeline modeling, sales KPIs, and revenue forecasting will be at a distinct advantage.
