Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Operations Administrator for a job opportunity in Ahmadi, Kuwait. This role falls within the Sales & Operations industry and involves providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring smooth sales operations. Responsibilities: Assist in the management of sales processes, including order management, pricing, and inventory control. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing documentation. Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events. Monitor and analyze sales data, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance. Collaborate with various departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives. Provide support in customer relationship management, ensuring excellent customer service. Maintain and update sales-related documentation and records. Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Job Requirement: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Operations Administrator or in a similar role within the sales or operations field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate meaningful insights. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales support tools. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
