The SEO Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to increase the visibility of the company’s digital assets on major search engines. Based in AI Ahmadi, the role is pivotal to driving organic traffic, improving SERP rankings, and boosting lead generation through both on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
Key responsibilities include conducting keyword research, optimizing web content, analyzing SEO performance metrics, and managing backlink strategies. The specialist works closely with web developers, content writers, and digital marketers to ensure that SEO best practices are embedded in all stages of digital campaign development and website design.
The role also involves performing technical audits, identifying crawl and indexation issues, and ensuring that the site structure and page speed meet modern SEO standards. An understanding of local and international SEO trends, Google’s evolving algorithms, and competitive landscape is vital. The SEO Specialist also provides regular reports and recommends changes to increase visibility and performance.
Job Requirement:
A degree in Marketing, IT, or Digital Media is essential. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in search engine optimization is required. Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog is expected.
The candidate must have a deep understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including schema markup, site architecture, mobile optimization, and link-building strategies. Technical SEO knowledge, including experience with HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify, is also critical.
