Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled 3D Modeling & Rendering professional to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a 3D Modeling & Rendering expert in the Engineering & Architecture industry, your primary responsibility will be to create realistic and visually appealing 3D models and renderings of architectural designs and engineering projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the visualization and presentation of complex designs. Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D models and renderings of architectural designs, engineering projects, and construction plans. Interpret and analyze architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to accurately represent the intended design in the 3D model. Utilize 3D modeling software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit) to create detailed and realistic digital representations of buildings, structures, and landscapes. Apply textures, materials, lighting, and camera angles to enhance the realism and aesthetics of the 3D models. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design concepts and incorporate feedback into the 3D models and renderings. Ensure that the 3D models are accurate, precise, and aligned with the design specifications and requirements. Render high-quality images, animations, and walkthroughs to showcase the visual representation of the designs. Conduct post-production editing and compositing to enhance the final rendered outputs. Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and rendering techniques to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the 3D modeling and rendering process. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Graphics, or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are advantageous. Proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering, preferably in the architecture or engineering industry. Proficiency in 3D modeling software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and rendering software (such as V-Ray, Lumion, or similar programs). Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, design concepts, and spatial relationships. Knowledge of materials, lighting techniques, and textures to create realistic and visually appealing 3D models and renderings. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to ensure accuracy and quality in the final outputs. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to interpret and translate 2D drawings and blueprints into 3D models. Familiarity with post-production software, image editing, and compositing tools (such as Adobe Photoshop) is a plus. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
