Job Description:
The Bakery Mixing Technician in Al Shahaniya is responsible for operating and maintaining mixing machines used in bakery production processes. This role involves preparing doughs and batters according to specified recipes and production schedules, ensuring the consistency and quality of bakery products such as breads, pastries, and cakes. The technician carefully measures and combines ingredients, sets up mixers, and monitors mixing times and speeds to achieve optimal results.

Job Requirement:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in bakery operations or food processing preferred.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience operating bakery mixing equipment or similar food production machinery.
