Job Description:

The Belt Line Worker is a key contributor in the smooth operation of the food production line in Mesaieed, Qatar. This role involves overseeing and maintaining product flow on conveyor belts during various stages of processing, packaging, and sorting in a food manufacturing environment. The Belt Line Worker is responsible for ensuring consistent product movement, removing defective items, and assisting with manual packing and alignment of goods as required.

Key responsibilities include visually inspecting products for quality, loading and unloading items onto the conveyor line, adjusting product positions for accuracy, and alerting technicians or supervisors in the event of mechanical issues or blockages. The role demands keen attention to safety, cleanliness, and speed to maintain uninterrupted production and adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.

This position requires standing for extended periods, repetitive manual tasks, and cooperation with other production and quality assurance staff to meet output goals. It is vital to follow food safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.

Job Requirement:

Education: Basic literacy required; high school diploma preferred.

Experience: 0–1 year experience in a factory or production line setting, preferably in the food or beverage industry.

Skills:

Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently with accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and product quality.

Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift continuously.

Basic understanding of hygiene and safety regulations in food production.

Other Requirements:

Must be able to follow supervisor instructions and respond quickly to production needs.

Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Capability to work in a team environment under time constraints.

Awareness of food contamination risks and handling procedures.
