Job Description:
The Building Energy Assessor in Mesaieed plays a crucial role in evaluating the energy performance of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. This position involves conducting energy audits, inspecting building systems, and identifying areas for energy efficiency improvements to support Qatar’s sustainability goals.
Primary duties include measuring energy consumption, assessing HVAC systems, lighting, insulation, and renewable energy installations. The assessor prepares detailed reports and provides recommendations for reducing energy usage and carbon footprint in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
Working closely with architects, engineers, and facility managers, the assessor helps implement energy-saving measures and monitors their effectiveness. The role requires knowledge of energy codes, sustainability practices, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in energy management, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in energy auditing, building performance analysis, or energy consulting.
Skills:
Proficiency in energy modeling software and audit tools.
Strong understanding of building systems and energy codes.
Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable reports.
Effective communication and report writing abilities.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an asset.

Willingness to conduct site visits across Mesaieed and surrounding areas.
