Job Description:

The Business Conduct Manager in Al Wukair is responsible for leading the development and enforcement of business ethics, compliance, and employee conduct policies within the organization. This role ensures that all staff, from executives to operational teams, operate with integrity, fairness, and in full alignment with corporate values and Qatari legal standards.

Key responsibilities include drafting and updating codes of conduct, managing ethics training programs, monitoring business practices for misconduct, and handling investigations into violations of ethical guidelines. The manager works closely with legal, compliance, and human resources teams to address risks, improve conduct-related procedures, and support whistleblower protections.

This position is vital for cultivating a strong ethical culture, promoting responsible decision-making, and mitigating reputational and regulatory risks.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, or a related field. Certification in Business Ethics, Compliance, or Corporate Governance is preferred.

Experience: 6–8 years of experience in compliance, employee conduct, or governance roles.

Skills:

Strong understanding of corporate ethics, regulatory compliance, and employee behavior standards.

Skilled in policy development, case investigation, and ethical risk assessment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead training sessions and promote ethical awareness.

Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.

Other Requirements:

High ethical standards, discretion, and cultural sensitivity.

Ability to manage conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.

Experience handling sensitive employee issues in a fair and legally compliant manner.
