Job Description:
The Compliance Reporting Specialist in Doha is responsible for managing and preparing internal and external compliance reports to ensure the organization meets its regulatory obligations in Qatar and under applicable international standards. This role serves as a vital link between compliance operations and senior management, as well as regulatory authorities.
Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing compliance data, preparing periodic regulatory filings (e.g., to QCB, QFCRA, or other authorities), maintaining records of compliance activities, and supporting audit and inspection readiness. The specialist works closely with compliance officers, risk managers, and legal counsel to ensure reporting accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
This position plays a critical role in supporting corporate governance, transparency, and continuous compliance monitoring across all operational departments.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Accounting, or a related field. Certification in compliance, audit, or financial reporting (e.g., ICA, CAMS, CPA) is preferred.
Experience: 4–6 years in compliance, regulatory reporting, or audit support roles.
Skills:
Strong understanding of Qatari compliance and financial regulations.
Excellent data analysis, report writing, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with compliance monitoring systems and risk reporting tools.
Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and translate them into reporting formats.
Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic is an asset.
