Job Description:
The Compliance Operations Manager in Al Thakhira is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational execution of the organization’s compliance framework. This role ensures effective implementation of regulatory policies, internal procedures, monitoring systems, and reporting mechanisms to meet local and international compliance standards.
Key responsibilities include managing the compliance operations team, overseeing compliance controls across departments, supporting audits and inspections, and maintaining up-to-date documentation of compliance activities. The manager also monitors key performance indicators, tracks incident reports, and ensures regulatory filings and internal reviews are completed accurately and on time.
Working closely with legal, risk, IT, and business units, this role ensures an integrated approach to compliance management while enhancing overall regulatory resilience.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Compliance, or a related field. Certifications such as ICA, CRCM, or CAMS are advantageous.
Experience: 6–8 years of experience in compliance operations, risk control, or regulatory management.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of operational compliance requirements in Qatar.
Experience with monitoring tools, compliance dashboards, and workflow systems.
Excellent team leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and with regulators.
Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
