Job Description:

The Corporate Ethics Advisor in Madinat ash Shamal is responsible for developing, promoting, and enforcing the organization’s code of ethics and integrity policies. This role plays a key part in shaping ethical business conduct and ensuring employees and stakeholders adhere to corporate values and regulatory expectations.

Core responsibilities include designing ethics training programs, managing ethics-related inquiries and investigations, reviewing organizational practices for ethical risks, and advising senior leadership on integrity issues. The advisor also oversees the ethics reporting system (e.g., whistleblower hotline), conducts ethical risk assessments, and supports internal audits to ensure transparent, fair, and accountable operations.

This position contributes significantly to maintaining a culture of trust, accountability, and compliance, both internally and in dealings with external partners.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Ethics, Corporate Governance, or related field. Certification in Ethics & Compliance (e.g., CECP, LPEC) is preferred.

Experience: 5–8 years of experience in ethics, compliance, or corporate governance roles.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of business ethics principles and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Excellent facilitation and advisory skills.

Experience in ethics risk assessments and internal investigations.

Ability to influence ethical behavior across departments.

Language: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Other Requirements:

High level of integrity, discretion, and interpersonal awareness.

Experience working with confidential and sensitive information.

Strong organizational and policy development abilities.

Proven ability to foster ethical awareness and reporting culture.
