Job Description:
The Corporate Legal Advisor in Al Thakhira is responsible for delivering comprehensive legal guidance on corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and business transactions. This role supports senior management and cross-functional teams by ensuring all company activities align with Qatari laws and international corporate standards.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and drafting contracts, advising on mergers and acquisitions, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing corporate filings, and mitigating legal risks in business operations. The advisor also assists in shareholder communications, board governance matters, and legal aspects of company policy development.
The position demands a high level of legal acumen, risk awareness, and the ability to provide strategic insights into commercial decision-making. It plays a critical role in maintaining corporate integrity, reducing liability, and enabling business continuity.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law; LLM or postgraduate qualification in Corporate or Commercial Law preferred. Must be licensed to practice in Qatar or a recognized jurisdiction.
Experience: 5–8 years of corporate legal experience, ideally within large organizations or legal firms handling business law.
Skills:
Expertise in corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Skilled in business risk assessment and legal advisory.
Proficiency in drafting shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and internal policies.
Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic is advantageous.

Ability to work closely with executives, board members, and regulatory bodies.
Knowledge of Qatari Commercial Companies Law and international business regulations.
