Job Description:
The Compliance Audit Analyst in Al Khor is responsible for evaluating the organization’s adherence to legal and regulatory standards through systematic internal audits and compliance reviews. This role plays a crucial part in identifying potential risks, ensuring operational integrity, and recommending corrective actions to prevent legal violations and enhance regulatory performance.
Key responsibilities include planning and conducting compliance audits, analyzing operational processes, assessing internal controls, preparing audit reports, and tracking the implementation of corrective actions. The analyst also collaborates with legal, finance, and operational teams to monitor compliance with laws related to anti-money laundering (AML), data protection, occupational safety, and sector-specific regulations.
This position supports management in maintaining a robust internal control environment and promotes a culture of accountability and transparency throughout the organization.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or Compliance. Certification in auditing (e.g., CICA, CIA) or compliance (e.g., CCEP, CAMS) is an advantage.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in compliance auditing, regulatory review, or risk assessment, preferably within a regulated industry.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Qatari regulatory requirements and international compliance standards.
Proficient in audit planning, risk identification, and data analysis.
Ability to prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations.
Skilled in working across departments and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is desirable.
