Job Description:
The Digital Rendering Specialist supports architectural, interior design, and infrastructure teams in Al Rayyan, Qatar by producing high-fidelity digital renderings and visual simulations. This role is key to presenting conceptual and finalized designs through photo-realistic stills, 360-degree views, flythrough animations, and immersive visual environments. The specialist collaborates closely with architects, urban designers, and engineers to interpret technical drawings and produce engaging visual content for clients, design competitions, and development approvals.
Duties include setting up rendering scenes, adjusting lighting, applying materials and textures, managing rendering pipelines, and executing post-processing work. The role often involves integration of BIM data into rendering workflows, and creating visuals that align with branding, design standards, and real-world conditions. Attention to detail and a refined design sense are critical in ensuring aesthetic quality and spatial accuracy.
This position requires familiarity with rendering engines, real-time visualization platforms, and emerging tools in the architectural visualization domain. The Digital Rendering Specialist plays a critical role in communicating ideas clearly and effectively to a broad audience.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Multimedia Arts, or Visualization.
Experience: 2+ years in rendering or digital media production within architecture or design.
Skills:
Proficiency in rendering tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, Twinmotion, or Unreal Engine.
Competence in 3D modeling and scene setup using Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max.
Expertise in lighting, materials, and real-time rendering workflows.
Strong graphic editing abilities in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
Ability to translate complex architectural data into engaging visuals.
Language: English fluency required; Arabic proficiency is beneficial.
Other Requirements:
Portfolio of high-quality rendering and visualization work is mandatory.
Ability to manage large rendering files and optimize performance.
Willingness to work on tight deadlines and adjust to evolving design inputs.
Understanding of architectural visualization trends in the GCC is an advantage.
