Job Description:

The F&B Marketing Executive in Al Wakrah is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote food and beverage outlets, restaurants, and hospitality venues. This role involves developing creative marketing strategies, managing digital and traditional advertising, and coordinating promotional events to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key duties include conducting market research, analyzing customer trends, managing social media platforms, collaborating with sales and operations teams, and monitoring campaign performance to optimize results. The executive works closely with suppliers and media agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.

This position requires strong marketing expertise, creativity, and a good understanding of the food and beverage industry to effectively target Al Wakrah’s diverse customer base.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing within the food and beverage or hospitality sector.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to analyze market data and customer insights.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.

Language: Fluent in English; Arabic skills are advantageous.

Other Requirements:

Flexibility to work extended hours during campaigns or events.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
