Job Description:
The Spare Parts Coordinator based in Madinat ash Shamal manages the inventory and procurement of spare parts essential for the maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and heavy equipment. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and maintenance teams to ensure the timely availability of critical components, minimizing equipment downtime.
Responsibilities include tracking stock levels, placing orders, maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing parts, and forecasting future requirements based on maintenance schedules and project demands. The coordinator liaises with technical teams to verify parts specifications and quality, ensuring compatibility with machinery and compliance with safety standards.
Efficient inventory management is crucial, requiring the coordinator to organize storage, monitor usage patterns, and implement strategies to reduce waste and excess stock. The role supports operational continuity across multiple sites by optimizing spare parts availability and cost control.
Job Requirement:
Education: Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
