Job Description:
We are hiring an Agricultural Tractor Operator for field operations across farmlands in Valencia. Your responsibilities include operating tractors to perform plowing, seeding, fertilizing, spraying, and harvesting tasks.
You will work with modern and traditional agricultural equipment, adjusting tractor settings based on soil types, crop needs, and weather conditions. Maintenance of equipment, oil checks, tire pressure adjustments, and hydraulic system inspections will be part of your duties.
You will support the farm team by optimizing fuel usage, following field maps, and maintaining accuracy when operating along rows and furrows. Your role is crucial in ensuring productivity, yield quality, and operational safety.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have experience operating agricultural tractors and equipment such as seed drills, plows, harrows, and trailers. A working knowledge of diesel engines, PTO systems, and GPS-based farm guidance systems is a plus.
The role requires physical strength, good depth perception, and long hours in varying weather. Familiarity with irrigation systems, field preparation standards, and pest control procedures will be highly beneficial.
You should have strong attention to crop patterns, land leveling techniques, and farm safety. Spanish language proficiency is required, and basic mechanical repair skills are highly desirable.
Must be flexible to work during early mornings or late evenings based on seasonal farm schedules.
