Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Asphalt Paving Operator to join our road construction team in Seville. In this role, you will operate paving machinery to lay asphalt on roads, highways, parking lots, and other surfaces, ensuring smooth, even, and durable roadways.
Your daily responsibilities include preparing the paving equipment, adjusting machine settings for temperature and thickness, and carefully controlling the paving machine to apply asphalt uniformly. You will coordinate with the crew to ensure that the asphalt mix is delivered timely and efficiently, meeting project specifications and deadlines.
Attention to detail is critical as you monitor the texture, compaction, and consistency of the asphalt surface. You will also perform routine maintenance on paving machines, report malfunctions, and assist with site safety measures.
This role demands physical stamina, the ability to work outdoors in variable weather, and good coordination skills. You will be a key part of a team that contributes to the infrastructure development of the region.

Job Requirement:
Candidates must have prior experience operating asphalt paving machines or similar heavy construction equipment. A valid operator license or certification in road construction machinery operation is required.
You should have a thorough understanding of asphalt materials, laying techniques, and compaction processes. Familiarity with machine controls, temperature regulation, and safety protocols on road sites is essential.
Physical fitness and the ability to work long hours standing and maneuvering machinery under outdoor conditions are necessary. You must be able to follow instructions accurately and communicate effectively with the paving crew and supervisors.
Knowledge of local road construction regulations and environmental guidelines related to asphalt application will be an advantage. Basic maintenance skills to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on paving machines are desirable.
Candidates must be safety-conscious, punctual, and adaptable to changing project requirements and weather conditions. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, with basic English communication skills considered a plus.
Prior experience working on public road projects or infrastructure upgrades is preferred. Willingness to work flexible shifts and occasional overtime will be required.
