Job Description:
We are hiring a Compressed Air Technician for our industrial facility in Valencia. You will oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of compressed air generation equipment, including compressors, dryers, and filtration systems.
Key responsibilities include conducting pressure and flow tests, draining moisture separators, replacing air filters, and monitoring system efficiency. You will collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize air leaks and manage system downtime.
Attention to energy optimization and system safety is critical. You will support high-pressure air systems feeding pneumatic tools and production equipment.
This technical role supports continuous plant operation and cost-effective compressed air delivery.
Job Requirement:
Applicants must hold a certification or diploma in mechanical engineering or compressor technology, with at least two years of compressed air experience.
You must be knowledgeable in compressor types (rotary screw, piston, centrifugal), dryer maintenance, and leak detection tools. Experience in vibration analysis or thermal imaging is beneficial.
Safety awareness for high-pressure systems and noise exposure is essential. Candidates must document maintenance actions and suggest system improvements.
Physical fitness to maneuver heavy filters and access equipment in tight spaces is required.
