Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Compact Loader Operator for general construction and utility support work in Madrid. The role involves using compact track or wheel loaders to transport materials, prepare foundations, and assist in small-scale grading.
Your duties include operating loading machinery, working with dump trucks, clearing debris, and prepping job sites. You’ll also be expected to inspect equipment daily, keep records of operations, and adhere strictly to safety standards.

Job Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of operating experience with compact loaders. Must possess a valid heavy machinery operator certificate or license. Strong skills in terrain awareness, load handling, and bucket control are necessary.
Candidates must understand safety procedures and demonstrate good judgment while working in proximity to workers and pedestrians. Flexibility to work weekends and long hours is a plus.
Spanish fluency required. Prior municipal or construction site experience preferred.
