Job Description:
We are hiring a CNC Machine Operator to work in our advanced manufacturing facility in Barcelona. You will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications.
Daily tasks include machine setup, loading raw materials, monitoring production cycles, and inspecting finished components. You will collaborate with quality control teams and maintenance personnel to ensure efficient production.
You must have a strong understanding of machine codes, blueprint interpretation, and measuring tools. This role is essential to our production line, where quality and precision are paramount. A background in machining or mechanical production will be highly valued.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a diploma or certification in mechanical engineering, machining, or a related field. At least two years of experience in CNC machine operation is required.
You must understand G-code programming, machine calibration, and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with Haas, Fanuc, or Siemens control systems is an asset.
Attention to detail, the ability to follow strict tolerances, and a commitment to consistent production quality are essential. Applicants must be able to work on rotating shifts and perform physical tasks such as lifting metal parts and operating machine tools.
