Job Description:
We are seeking a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Specialist to join our precision engineering unit in Madrid. This role is focused on programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines for the production of complex mechanical components.
You will be expected to interpret technical drawings, develop efficient machining programs, and ensure tight tolerances on each part. As a specialist, you will also troubleshoot equipment issues, conduct test runs, and verify product dimensions against specifications.
This is a critical role in our production chain, requiring a high level of expertise in both manual and automated machining processes. You will work alongside design engineers and quality inspectors to achieve the highest manufacturing standards.
Job Requirement:
Applicants must hold a degree or certification in CNC machining, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing technology. A minimum of four years' experience in advanced CNC operations and programming is mandatory.
You must be proficient in CAM software such as Mastercam or Fusion 360 and understand multi-axis machine setup. Familiarity with material types, cutting speeds, and tooling selection is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to workplace safety and quality control is critical in this position.
