Job Description:
We are hiring an Industrial Machinery Fabricator to join our precision engineering and fabrication department in Seville. This role involves fabricating custom metal parts and machinery frames based on technical designs for use in manufacturing, construction, and energy sectors.
You will be responsible for measuring, marking, cutting, and shaping raw metal materials into precise forms using welding, cutting, and bending equipment. Your daily tasks will include interpreting blueprints, assembling components, and performing quality checks to ensure each unit meets design specifications.
You’ll work with steel, aluminum, and other alloys, fabricating structural frames, enclosures, or functional mechanical assemblies. Close attention to tolerance, alignment, and finish is vital. The job requires working with other fabricators, engineers, and welders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a physically active position that combines technical skill with craftsmanship. You’ll be expected to troubleshoot fabrication challenges and maintain your tools and equipment in top working condition.
The position offers growth opportunities for candidates passionate about metalworking, problem-solving, and delivering custom-engineered solutions. Your work will contribute to projects ranging from factory equipment builds to infrastructure development.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should possess a vocational certificate or diploma in Metal Fabrication, Welding Technology, or Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an industrial fabrication setting is required.
You must be proficient in reading mechanical and structural blueprints, including interpreting weld symbols and geometric dimensioning. Skills in MIG, TIG, or arc welding are essential, along with experience in grinding, plasma cutting, and using fabrication machinery.
Attention to detail, spatial reasoning, and a strong understanding of material properties are crucial. Familiarity with metal forming and precision measuring tools like micrometers and squares is expected.
The job demands physical strength, manual dexterity, and the ability to work while standing for long hours. A keen eye for quality and adherence to safety procedures is non-negotiable. Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven production environment is highly desirable.
Applicants must be fluent in Spanish, and knowledge of technical English is beneficial. Knowledge of fabrication software or CAD tools is a plus.
Candidates must show initiative, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and a team-oriented mindset. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude will be key to long-term success in this role.
