Job Description:
We are hiring a Loader Equipment Operator for our construction and logistics operations in Valencia. You will operate wheel loaders to move earth, gravel, sand, or materials to and from construction zones, stockpiles, or transport vehicles.
Your key duties include operating the loader to scoop, lift, and transport materials, maintaining smooth and efficient movement between work areas. You'll monitor the machine for signs of mechanical wear and report maintenance issues promptly.
In this role, safety is a top priority. You must inspect your loader daily, follow site protocols, and coordinate with ground teams to avoid accidents. Helping load dump trucks and keeping materials evenly spread is also part of your work.
Job Requirement:
You must have proven experience with front-end loaders, either in construction, mining, or warehouse material handling. Ability to navigate tight areas with heavy loads, balance weight, and maneuver safely on uneven terrain is essential.
Understanding basic engine diagnostics, brake testing, and hydraulic controls is required. Candidates must follow strict safety measures and use communication devices for coordination.
Spanish proficiency is necessary. A heavy machinery license is mandatory. The role involves early hours, occasional overtime, and physical activity in outdoor conditions.
