Job Description:
We are hiring a Structural Metal Fitter in Valencia to fabricate and install steel structures for industrial and construction projects. You will be responsible for interpreting fabrication drawings, cutting materials, and assembling structural elements.
Your role includes aligning beams, bolting joints, and inspecting completed work for alignment and weld accuracy. You will work closely with welders, crane operators, and rigging personnel during installation phases.
This is a physically demanding role suited to individuals with a strong understanding of metal fitting techniques and construction safety.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have vocational training in metal fabrication, structural installation, or mechanical fitting with at least two years of shop or site experience.
You must understand layout reading, tolerancing, and use of fitting tools like levels, squares, clamps, and grinders. Knowledge of structural steel sections and fastener types is required.
Willingness to work in outdoor environments and heights is essential. Candidates must adhere to safety standards for steel erection and lifting operations.
