The Academic Program Developer is responsible for designing, reviewing, and enhancing academic curricula that align with institutional goals and accreditation standards. Based in Al Ain, the role collaborates with faculty, academic leaders, and subject matter experts to develop innovative and industry-relevant academic programs. This position requires conducting research on emerging trends in education and labor markets to ensure curricula meet current and future student needs. The developer will oversee the planning and execution of new degree and certificate programs, revise existing offerings for relevance and rigor, and support instructional design for both in-person and online delivery formats. Responsibilities include curriculum mapping, developing learning outcomes, and ensuring alignment with national qualifications frameworks and international benchmarks. The Academic Program Developer also coordinates program approval processes, manages documentation for accreditation, and contributes to faculty development initiatives related to pedagogy and assessment. The role demands strong project management, data analysis, and educational writing skills, with an emphasis on learner-centered design and inclusive education principles. Job Requirement:
