Job Description:
The Administrative Services Manager oversees all administrative and operational support functions necessary for the smooth running of the nonprofit organization’s headquarters in Dubai. This leadership role ensures that office systems, facilities, records management, and administrative workflows are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include supervising administrative staff, managing vendor contracts, coordinating logistics for meetings and events, overseeing asset management, and ensuring office supplies and resources are adequately maintained. The manager also ensures adherence to data protection standards, facilitates onboarding of new employees from an administrative standpoint, and supports leadership with calendar and travel coordination. They liaise with IT, HR, and Finance departments to ensure seamless backend operations and may also manage lease agreements, permits, and facility maintenance contracts. Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or public administration is preferred. Candidates should have 5–7 years of administrative management experience, preferably within nonprofit, NGO, or multinational environments. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities are essential, as is proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or administrative workflow systems. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
