Job Description:
The Client Services Coordinator ensures that beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders receive timely, courteous, and effective support throughout their engagement with the organization. Based in Al Ain, this role manages inquiries, provides information about services, schedules appointments or field visits, and documents all interactions in client management systems. The coordinator also collects feedback, resolves complaints, and coordinates with program teams to ensure client needs are met with professionalism and cultural sensitivity. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, improving service workflows, supporting outreach events, and preparing client satisfaction reports. The role requires empathy, efficiency, and strong communication to maintain high-quality service delivery in a multicultural context.
Job Requirement:
A degree in social work, customer service, or nonprofit management is preferred. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in NGOs or social service agencies. Strong interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills are essential. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
