Based in Dubai, the role ensures that all programmatic and operational spending is tracked, reported, and aligned with donor requirements and organizational goals. The manager works closely with finance, programs, and grant teams to prepare project budgets, reconcile expenditures, and provide variance analysis. Key responsibilities include producing financial reports, preparing donor financial statements, ensuring timely disbursement of funds, and tracking restricted versus unrestricted funds. This role also supports procurement and cash flow monitoring, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with financial policies. The Budget and Accounts Manager plays a pivotal role in financial planning, especially during proposal development, grant renewals, and organizational growth phases. In Dubai’s fast-paced nonprofit landscape, accuracy, timeliness, and financial discipline are critical for maintaining funder confidence and legal compliance.

At least 5–7 years of experience in budgeting, accounting, or financial reporting within a nonprofit, NGO, or public sector setting is expected. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in budget creation, expense tracking, and using accounting systems like Tally, Oracle, or similar. Familiarity with donor financial guidelines (USAID, UN, EU) and fluency in English (Arabic preferred) is essential.
