Job Description:
The Aggregate Operations Manager in Dubai is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of aggregate production facilities, ensuring efficient extraction, processing, and distribution of construction aggregates such as sand, gravel, and crushed stone. This role focuses on optimizing production output while maintaining high safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Key responsibilities include managing the operations team, coordinating with procurement and logistics departments, and ensuring equipment maintenance and process improvements. The manager monitors production schedules, controls costs, and enforces compliance with regulatory requirements. They also analyze operational data to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and reduced waste.

Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years managing aggregate or mining operations, with proven leadership and project management experience.
Skills: Strong operational management skills, knowledge of mining equipment and processes, budget management, and safety compliance expertise.
Other Requirements: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in dynamic environments, and knowledge of UAE regulations related to mining and environmental management.
