Job Description:
The Clothing Assembly Technician in Ajman is a vital member of the garment production line, responsible for assembling garment components into finished products in accordance with style specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong technical sewing skills and an understanding of garment construction processes.
Duties include aligning, pinning, and stitching fabric pieces such as sleeves, collars, waistbands, and panels to create complete garments. The technician uses a variety of sewing machines—including flatbed, overlock, and coverstitch types—depending on the garment design and fabric. Precision and speed are essential to ensure consistent output while minimizing material waste.
Clothing Assembly Technicians read and interpret technical specifications, patterns, and sample garments to accurately follow production instructions. They perform in-process inspections to detect issues like misalignments, skipped stitches, or material inconsistencies and make real-time corrections to ensure that each piece meets quality control requirements.
Collaboration with pattern cutters, quality inspectors, and team leaders is crucial, as is ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of machines and work areas. The technician also records production outputs and may provide input on potential process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirement:
