Assist students in setting academic and personal goals. Identify barriers to learning and develop strategies to overcome them. Offer guidance on study skills, time management, and organization. Support students in building self-confidence and motivation. Collaborate with teachers to address students' individual needs. Monitor students' progress and provide feedback and encouragement. Assist in the implementation of interventions and support programs. Promote positive behavior and create a nurturing learning environment. Communicate with parents to provide updates and seek their involvement. Collaborate with the school's support team, including counselors and educators. Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Additional certifications or qualifications in mentoring or student support are advantageous. Proven experience in a mentoring or student support role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and the ability to connect with students. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of educational practices and resources. Patience and a genuine interest in supporting students' growth.
