Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compensation Structure Analyst to join our HR team in Cologne. This role will focus on evaluating, designing, and maintaining salary structures that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals.

You will be responsible for conducting job evaluations, market salary benchmarking, and internal equity analyses. Your insights will help shape compensation strategies for hiring, promotion, and retention across various departments and levels.

As part of your role, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to provide guidance on compensation packages. You will also support the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments and bonus distributions.

This position plays a critical role in driving transparency, fairness, and consistency in pay practices, which are vital to maintaining employee trust and engagement.

Job Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required. At least 3–5 years of experience in compensation analysis or HR analytics is expected.

Strong skills in Excel, data visualization, and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) are essential. Knowledge of compensation frameworks such as Hay, Mercer, or Radford is highly valued.

You must be comfortable analyzing large data sets, preparing reports, and making strategic recommendations. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is an advantage.

The ideal candidate is analytical, confidential, and thrives in a structured, data-driven environment.
