This role focuses on delivering smooth, compliant, and cost-effective relocation experiences for both domestic and international employees. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end relocation logistics including housing, travel, immigration, compliance, and cultural integration.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for relocating employees, offering guidance throughout the process and coordinating with internal stakeholders such as HR, payroll, and finance. You’ll also manage external vendors like relocation agencies, visa consultants, and moving services, ensuring seamless collaboration and high service standards.

Additionally, you will be responsible for improving existing mobility policies, tracking relocation budgets, reporting on KPIs, and ensuring legal compliance with local and international laws. This is a highly visible role, playing a key part in supporting workforce agility and ensuring employee satisfaction during transitions.

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or logistics. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in employee relocation, mobility, or a related HR operations role is essential, preferably within a multinational environment.

You should have a comprehensive understanding of relocation processes, vendor management, immigration regulations, and tax implications tied to employee movement. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple relocations simultaneously are critical.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with employees, vendors, and leadership. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German is a strong advantage. Experience using relocation management platforms and producing relocation cost estimates will be highly regarded.

A strong customer service orientation, problem-solving mindset, and a calm approach under pressure are crucial traits for success in this role.
