We are seeking a DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Program Manager to join our team in Hamburg. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. You will collaborate with HR, leadership, and employee resource groups to design training, set DEI goals, and monitor progress to foster an environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, sociology, psychology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in DEI program management, organizational development, or related roles is required. Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills are essential. Knowledge of diversity best practices, change management, and data analysis is preferred. Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus. The ideal candidate is passionate, empathetic, and strategic.
