Job Description:

We are hiring an Employment Policy Analyst to support our HR and compliance teams in Berlin. This role is critical in researching, analyzing, and interpreting employment laws, regulations, and workplace policies to ensure the organization’s adherence to legal standards and best practices. You will work closely with HR leaders and legal advisors to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that influence policy development and employee relations strategies.

Your core responsibilities will include monitoring legislative changes at local, national, and international levels, evaluating their impact on company policies, and preparing detailed reports. You will assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating employment policies, procedures, and handbooks. Additionally, you will conduct compliance audits, identify potential risks, and support corrective actions.

You will also contribute to employee training programs on compliance and employment standards, helping build awareness and consistency throughout the organization. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills to support informed decision-making.

Job Requirement:

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, law, public policy, or a related field. Prior experience of at least 3–5 years in employment law analysis, HR compliance, or policy advisory roles is required.

You must possess a strong understanding of German labor laws, EU employment directives, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent research and report-writing skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and communicate findings clearly to non-expert audiences.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are key.

Fluency in German and English is mandatory. The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and dedicated to ensuring a compliant and fair workplace.
