This role plays a critical part in supporting various HR functions and ensuring efficient and smooth HR operations. Responsibilities: Administrative Support: As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide administrative assistance to the HR team. This includes managing employee records, preparing HR documents, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR databases and systems. Recruitment and Onboarding: You will assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will support new employee onboarding, including preparing onboarding materials, facilitating orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork completion. Employee Relations: You will handle day-to-day employee inquiries, addressing questions related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits. You may assist in resolving minor employee issues and conflicts, escalating complex matters to the HR team as needed. HR Documentation: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and employee handbooks. You will ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding employee documentation and record-keeping. HR Projects: You may be involved in various HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, or policy development. Your role will include assisting with research, data analysis, and documentation preparation for these projects. Data Management and Reporting: You will collect and maintain HR data, generating reports as required. This includes tracking employee attendance, leave records, and training records. You may also assist in analyzing HR data and preparing insights for management.
Job Requirement: Qualifications: Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in an HR assistant or HR administrative role is beneficial, but entry-level candidates with relevant coursework or internships will also be considered. HR Knowledge: Familiarity with HR processes and practices is desired. Understanding of local labor laws, recruitment procedures, onboarding processes, and employee relations is advantageous. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
