We are hiring an OD (Organizational Development) and Change Manager to join our Berlin office. You will lead initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, culture change, and transformation programs. Your role includes diagnosing organizational challenges, designing change strategies, and partnering with leaders to implement initiatives that improve business agility and employee engagement.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in organizational development, psychology, business administration, or related fields. A minimum of 6 years’ experience in organizational development, change management, or consulting is required. Strong facilitation, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Experience with change frameworks and tools, along with excellent communication, is mandatory. Fluency in English is required; German language skills are advantageous. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, resilient, and collaborative.
