Job Description:
The Academic Program Lead in Al Shahaniya is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs within educational institutions. This role ensures that curricula meet high-quality standards and align with Qatar’s national education goals and accreditation requirements.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with faculty and administrative staff to design program structures, updating course content to reflect current academic and industry trends, and managing program schedules. The lead monitors student progress, supports faculty development, and ensures compliance with educational policies and quality assurance processes.

Job Requirement:
Education: Master’s degree or higher in Education, Academic Administration, or relevant discipline.
Experience: 5+ years in academic program management or educational leadership.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of curriculum development and academic policies.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with Qatar’s education standards and accreditation processes.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Language: Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
