Job Description:
The Admissions Coordinator in Dukhan is responsible for managing and streamlining the admissions process for prospective students, ensuring that enrollment procedures are handled efficiently and in alignment with institutional standards. This role serves as the main point of contact for applicants, parents, and educational consultants throughout the admissions lifecycle.
Key duties include reviewing application materials, verifying eligibility criteria, coordinating interviews and assessments, and communicating decisions to applicants in a timely and professional manner. The coordinator also assists in the development and implementation of admissions policies, manages application data through student information systems, and supports reporting and analytics to inform enrollment strategies.
Additionally, the Admissions Coordinator collaborates with marketing and outreach teams to support recruitment campaigns, attends school fairs or community events as a representative of the institution, and contributes to onboarding new students during orientation. Maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships and ensuring a positive applicant experience are central to this position.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in admissions, student services, or school administrative roles.
Skills:
Familiarity with admissions processes and documentation standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and file management.
Proficiency in student information systems (SIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
Language: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a valuable asset.
