Job Description:
The Academic Success Coach in Al Daayen plays a vital role in helping students reach their academic goals by providing personalized guidance, motivation, and strategic learning support. Working across school or university settings, the coach collaborates with students to develop academic plans, improve study habits, and overcome learning obstacles. The role focuses on empowering students to take ownership of their education through proactive planning and skill-building.
Key responsibilities include one-on-one academic coaching sessions, designing study skills workshops, monitoring student progress, and identifying at-risk students who require additional support. The coach also works closely with teachers, advisors, and counselors to ensure students receive a coordinated support network. Areas of support include time management, test preparation, learning strategies, and balancing academic and personal responsibilities.
The Academic Success Coach fosters a growth mindset, resilience, and self-confidence in learners, contributing to a high-performance academic culture within the institution.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Student Affairs, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in academic advising, coaching, or student support services.

Strong knowledge of learning strategies and study skills.
Data-driven approach to student progress monitoring.
Effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to engage with diverse student populations.
Language: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
