Job Description:
The Academic Quality Reviewer in Doha is responsible for evaluating and assuring the quality of academic programs offered by educational institutions. This role involves conducting comprehensive reviews of curricula, teaching methodologies, assessment tools, and student outcomes to ensure alignment with national and international academic standards.
The reviewer works closely with faculty members, administrators, and accreditation bodies to identify strengths and areas for improvement within academic departments. They prepare detailed evaluation reports and provide actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing academic excellence, student success, and institutional reputation.
This position also requires staying informed about evolving educational trends, accreditation criteria, and quality assurance best practices. The Academic Quality Reviewer contributes to the development of policies and procedures that support continuous improvement and compliance with Qatar’s education regulations.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years in academic quality assurance, program evaluation, or accreditation.
Skills:
Strong understanding of quality assurance frameworks and academic standards.
Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and report writing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with academic staff and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
