Job Description:
The Academic Program Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational and academic enrichment programs within a nonprofit setting in Mesaieed. This role ensures that all academic initiatives align with the organization’s mission to promote equitable access to quality education for underserved communities.
Key responsibilities include designing curriculum frameworks, managing program staff and instructors, coordinating partnerships with schools and educational institutions, monitoring program outcomes, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and donor requirements. The manager also engages with community stakeholders, tracks student progress, and incorporates innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes. This role is ideal for an education professional with strong leadership and program development experience in the nonprofit sector.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or Curriculum Development. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in academic program management, curriculum design, or nonprofit education initiatives.
Skills:
Expertise in educational program design and implementation.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Knowledge of national and international academic standards.
Experience in program monitoring and evaluation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
