Job Description:
The Communications Content Creator develops compelling, mission-aligned content that supports the nonprofit organization’s outreach, engagement, and advocacy efforts in Doha. This role is responsible for creating a wide range of content—from articles and social media posts to donor stories and campaign materials—that amplifies the organization’s impact and fosters community engagement.
Key responsibilities include researching and writing original content, collaborating with program teams to source stories, producing multimedia material, managing editorial calendars, and ensuring all content is on-brand and consistent across platforms. The content creator works closely with communications and fundraising teams to deliver targeted messages for different audiences including donors, partners, and the general public. This position requires creativity, storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of nonprofit communications.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or communications, preferably within nonprofit, humanitarian, or advocacy organizations.
Skills:
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Proficiency in content management systems and social media tools.
Ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences and platforms.
Basic skills in photography, video editing, or graphic design are a plus.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an asset.

Familiarity with the nonprofit landscape in Qatar is preferred.
