Job Description:
The Collaboration Development Manager plays a key role in identifying, building, and sustaining strategic collaborations that advance the mission of the nonprofit organization in Mesaieed. This role focuses on cultivating relationships with NGOs, government bodies, corporate partners, and community stakeholders to foster joint initiatives, shared resources, and innovative solutions for social impact.
Key responsibilities include mapping potential collaborators, initiating outreach and partnership proposals, negotiating agreements, coordinating joint activities, and monitoring partnership outcomes. The manager also works with internal teams to align collaborative efforts with organizational goals and ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Public Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or inter-organizational collaboration, preferably in the nonprofit sector.

Strategic thinking and proposal development skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience managing multi-sectoral or cross-border collaborations.
Proficiency in negotiation and stakeholder coordination.
Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
