Job Description:

The Administrative Services Manager oversees the administrative functions within a nonprofit organization in Al Rayyan, ensuring efficient support for programs and operations. This role manages office services, facilities, procurement, and administrative staff, contributing to a productive and well-organized work environment.

Key responsibilities include coordinating office maintenance, managing vendor contracts, overseeing inventory and supplies, supporting event logistics, and implementing administrative policies and procedures. The manager liaises with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and efficient service delivery. Ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards for health, safety, and data management is also critical. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and attention to detail.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in administrative management, preferably within nonprofit or NGO sectors.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience managing administrative teams and vendor relationships.

Knowledge of office management software and procurement processes.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to enforce compliance with policies and regulations.

Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
