Job Description:
The Client Services Coordinator ensures the smooth delivery of support services to beneficiaries, donors, and partner organizations within a nonprofit based in Al Khor. This role acts as a central point of contact for inquiries, referrals, and service coordination, ensuring that client interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, tracking service delivery, responding to inquiries, and supporting caseworkers or program staff in providing timely assistance. The coordinator also helps ensure that services are delivered in accordance with organizational policies and cultural sensitivities. This position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills and a client-focused mindset.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field preferred; a diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in client services, community outreach, or administrative roles, preferably in a nonprofit or social services setting.
Skills:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups.
Proficiency in database and case management tools.
High level of empathy and cultural sensitivity.
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
