Responsibilities include: developing and managing content for digital platforms (website, social media, email newsletters), creating compelling marketing campaigns, coordinating media relations, producing promotional materials, and overseeing brand consistency across all channels. The role also involves supporting advocacy initiatives, donor communication, and public engagement activities.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus), a solid understanding of nonprofit messaging, and experience using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate should possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to drive public engagement and brand awareness for our nonprofit organization.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or public relations—preferably within a nonprofit, NGO, or mission-driven organization.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic communication and marketing plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
Strong command of digital tools including social media platforms, email marketing, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Experience with media outreach, storytelling, content creation, and branding.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
